Free Thermal Imaging
We use a Thermal Imaging Camera during all home inspection services at no additional charge. With the camera, which picks up areas of heat loss not visible to the naked eye, we perform a full scan of all areas of the home. This allows us to find hidden moisture intrusion, areas of energy loss, hot spots, and improper insulation that could otherwise go unnoticed.

Free Aerial Drone Photography
During all of our home inspection services, we walk the roof whenever it is safe to do so. We also use an Aerial Drone during all inspections without an additional fee. With the drone, we collect high-quality photographs from above the property to give you a better understanding of the roof’s condition and the home’s surrounding area.

Buyer’s Inspection
Buying a home is made less stressful when you have a full understanding of the property’s operation, deficiencies, and repair and maintenance requirements. During a Buyer’s Inspection, we uncover the things that you need to know about the home before moving forward with your purchase.

Pre-Listing Inspection
Before putting a home on the market, a Pre-Listing Inspection helps sellers know what repairs to make before listing their property. This puts sellers in a more confident place for negotiating and communicating with buyers. Call us for more information about our discount for this inspection service!

New Construction Inspection
To best prepare a new home for move-in, a New Construction Inspection should be scheduled before the final walk-through with the builder takes place. We search the home for any issues in construction so that they can be addressed beforehand.

11th Month Warranty Inspection
A newly built home is often sold with a 12-month warranty from the builder that protects the new owner from having to pay to repair constructional defects. During an 11th Month Warranty Inspection, we help owners find the issues they can request repairs for before their warranty is over.

4 Point Inspection
For insurance purposes, a 4 Point Inspection of four of the home’s most significant areas may be required. During a 4 Point Inspection, we check the home’s roof, HVAC system, plumbing system, and electrical system.

Wind Mitigation Inspection
Florida homes go through a lot thanks to hurricanes and harsh storms, so many insurance providers use Wind Mitigation Inspection reports to give discounts on a homeowner’s insurance policy. During the inspection, we check the home for existing wind mitigation efforts and advise on how to mitigate further in the future with home upgrades or repairs.

Re-Inspection
Once you go over your Buyer’s Inspection report and work out repair agreements with your seller, you may be looking for additional peace of mind before closing. During the Re-Inspection, we return to the home to ensure that all repair agreements were honored and that changes to the home are safe and up to standard.
